What does it cost to work with you?

We mostly work on a time-on-account basis for our projects meaning you are only billed for any time actually spent improving your system. To provide an accurate estimate, we need a clear understanding of your requirements, project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Typically, brand new projects fall within the range of £10,000 to £20,000 with an average duration of 8 to 12 weeks but we can start from as little as £920. Please note that the minimum engagement level for any project is currently set at £920.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We primarily work with small to medium businesses or teams within large organisations. Our clientele spans a wide range of industries and includes notable names such as The British Olympic Association, The British Paralympic Association, The FA, South East Coast Ambulance Service, The British Engineering Service amongst others. Regardless of the size or sector of your business, our team is equipped with the expertise to deliver a system that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Do you offer maintenance packages?

Yes, we provide FileMaker Support & Maintenance. Check out our transparent & no BS packages on our Support page.

Can you support and build on existing systems?

Yes, roughly half of our work is supporting or building on pre-existing systems that have either been built internally or by another developer. Before onboarding and working on pre-existing systems we find it helpful to undertake a Health Check.

Do you provide any other services other than FileMaker?

Yes, although the majority of our customers have a FileMaker system we also provide Webflow and Qlik services. You can see examples of our other supplementary services on our Projects page.

How big is your team?

A small yet powerful team of 15! 2 Product Owners, 9 FileMaker developers, 2 Webflow developers and 2 Data Analysts. We also have a roster of vetted and certified freelancers that help us with custom integrations and web system development.
